To ensure a proper size, use a tape measure around your wrist. Place a dot where the tape measure meets. That is your wrist size!

If applicable:
As with all plated metal items, these bracelets may fade away over time. To keep your bracelet from fading and wearing, we suggest the following:
*Refrain from using any oils, lotions, perfumes, soaps, sanitizers, etc. on or near the bracelet.
*Refrain from wetting the bracelet.
*If exercising, remove bracelets so any perspiration does not damage the beads.
*Use a microfiber cloth to clean it and keep it nice and shiny
